NATCHA green beans are not presented as a generic year-round commodity. Each discussion begins with a current Exotic & Rare lot and the information confirmed for that coffee.

The buyer can review recorded origin, growing elevation, processing context and available evaluation data before discussing quantity, packaging, documentation, lead time and price.

Selected yeast culture is used for each numbered NATCHA lot. No wine or alcoholic beverage is added to those lots, and the finished process is 0% alcohol. NATCHA X is a separate co-fermentation release with a small amount of alcohol from Kweichow Moutai. Exact process parameters remain lot-specific.
