Where The Magic Happens
Our Carbonic Maceration Chamber is designed to bring out the best in every coffee bean. Equipped with precise temperature and time control, the chamber ensures optimal fermentation conditions. To enhance flavor complexity, we inject CO₂ every 3 hours, creating a unique environment that allows the coffee to develop its signature vibrant notes and rich body.

Quality Sorting Room
Sizing, Gravity Sorter, Destoner, Color Sorter
Our comprehensive sortation process ensures only the finest coffee beans make it to the next stage. Each batch undergoes meticulous sizing to achieve uniform bean sizes, which is crucial for consistent roasting. Next, our density sorter removes immature and lightweight beans, ensuring optimal quality. The destoner eliminates any foreign materials like stones, while the advanced color sorter detects and removes black or defective beans. This rigorous sorting system guarantees a clean, uniform, and premium coffee product, ready to deliver exceptional flavor.

Pulping Area
5 Tons per hour Capacity
Our pulping machine and fermentation tank system are designed to handle large-scale coffee production efficiently, with a capacity of 50 tons per day. The pulping machine precisely removes the pulp while preserving the mucilage, which contains the essential sugars needed for the next stage of our Carbonic Maceration (CM) process. The fermentation tanks provide controlled conditions, ensuring optimal flavor development and consistency.
